Three live self-serve networks publish no minimum on any page I could reach, so every figure quoted for them is a secondary source.
The cheapest flat entry price on this list is $5 at PopCash. PopAds is arguably cheaper still, because its FAQ says there's no minimum at all on wire transfers, but that page still names AlertPay as a payment option, and AlertPay stopped existing years ago. The top of the ordinary range is $200, at Zeropark and at ExoClick, and Zeropark's first $200 is non-refundable under the advertiser terms you accept when you top up. Most of the market sits on $100.
Deposits are the least interesting number here. What decides whether you make money is the offer, the geo, the creative, and how fast you kill a bad placement. But you can't test any of it until you're through the door, so this page is the entry price for push, pop, in-app and native, each one taken from the company's own page on 6 September 2026. Where a network publishes no figure, I say so rather than repeating the number affiliate blogs pass around.
FIG 2$LOG SCALE
The floor is what the auction accepts. The recommendation is what the traffic costs.
Two products get sold under one word. Classic web push goes to people who clicked "allow" on somebody's site, and it reaches them when they aren't browsing. In-page push is a unit drawn inside a page that looks like a notification. Adsterra now sells Social Bar and in-page push in place of classic opt-in push, and says so on its own site.
RichAds publishes the clearest numbers of the group. Minimum deposit $150, minimum bid $0.003 CPC on both push and in-page push, and $0.015 CPC on its Telegram Mini Apps format. It also publishes recommended bids per country, and those are the numbers to plan against. On 1 September 2026 the recommended US push bid was $0.31 with a top bid of $0.55, while India sat at $0.013 recommended. The floor is what the auction accepts. What the traffic actually costs is the recommendation.
Then there's the opposite case. "From $100 depending on the payment method" is the whole of what PropellerAds publishes now, in its advertiser terms last updated 21 July 2026. The old per-method table you'll find quoted around the internet, the one with a separate card, wire and crypto minimum, is gone from their help centre, so don't budget against it.
The $100 at Adsterra covers cards, PayPal and Paxum. The number that catches people out is the other one: CPM and CPC campaigns carry a $25 minimum for both the daily budget and the total budget, so a $100 deposit is four days of the smallest campaign the platform will run.
$100 for every payment method at Clickadu. Its help article saying so was written in May 2022 and hasn't been touched since, so confirm it inside the panel before you plan around it. Same caution for a few others: several push networks have deposit pages nobody has touched since well before this year.
Popunders are the cheapest impressions in this article and the least forgiving. You buy an entire browser window, the user didn't ask for it, and the offer has to earn its keep before the thumb finds the close button.
PopCash is the $5 entry. Campaign approval usually lands within an hour on business days and up to twelve hours at weekends, and the $5 applies to PayPal, Paxum and wire deposits.
Zeropark is the other end. $200 to start, a $0.0001 CPV floor on both pop and domain redirect, and one term worth reading twice before you fund the account: the first $200 is non-refundable, and requesting a refund gets the account suspended. You also can't buy popups separately from popunders. The two types come mixed.
At ExoClick you prepay or you don't buy, and the minimum payment across all methods is 200 EUR/USD, published in March 2022. Its minimum bid table is older still. The inventory skews adult, which for some offers is the whole point and for others is a wasted deposit.
TrafficStars, Adcash and Kadam are all live and self-serve, and none of them publish a minimum deposit on any page I could reach. The $100 figures floating around for those three are secondary sources. Ask their support and get the answer in writing.
Here's the thing about SDK in-app inventory: it isn't built for you. The self-serve flows at BIGO Ads, Mintegral and Unity are designed for app-install advertisers with a tracking SDK, and the demand side prices accordingly. Mintegral's advertiser terms require a deposit and reserve the right to set the minimum without ever naming one, and deposits are non-refundable. BIGO publishes no minimum anywhere official either. Unity has retired ironSource Ads as a direct-demand network, so any guide still routing you there is stale.
If you want real in-app at scale you're renting a DSP, and Kayzen is one of the few that publishes a rate card. Starter is $1,250 a month including $10,000 of ad spend, plus 15% on anything above that. The next tier up is $5,750 a month on a quarterly commitment. Payment terms are Net 15. That's the honest cost of in-app buying, and it isn't an affiliate testing budget.
The in-app-shaped inventory you can buy at push prices is Telegram Mini Apps. RichAds sells it from $0.015 CPC, PropellerAds sells it on CPC, SmartCPC and CPA Goal. It behaves more like push than like SDK video, so treat it that way.
FIG 3$
The door costs $100. The smallest test MGID itself recommends, priced inside its own published CPC range, costs fifteen times that.
MGID takes a $100 minimum deposit and then recommends $650 or more to start. It also recommends 5,000 to 10,000 clicks for a meaningful test, and its own benchmark page from August 2026 puts native CPC at $0.20 to $0.50.
Multiply those. Five thousand clicks at $0.30 is $1,500. The deposit minimum is $100 and the real entry price is fifteen times that, which is the single most useful thing on this page if you were planning to test native with pocket change. MGID also enforces a $50 minimum on daily or overall campaign budget.
Two naming changes worth knowing before you go looking. Taboola's advertiser platform is now called Realize, and the old Taboola help pages redirect there. Outbrain bought Teads in February 2025 and then renamed itself Teads Holding Co. in June, though Amplify self-serve still runs under the Outbrain name. Both platforms, plus MGID and TikTok, run editorial review that rejects a large share of what push and pop networks wave through. A working creative on Clickadu is often an instant rejection on native.
Pick the network by what your offer needs, then check you can afford three tests rather than one. A single test on push tells you nothing except whether the tracker fired.
At the published RichAds floor of $0.003, a $150 deposit is 50,000 clicks on paper. At the recommended US bid of $0.31 it's about 480. Same money, same week. Budget against the recommended bid for the geo you're actually buying, never the floor.
Most of these networks put a monthly impression count on the homepage. Nobody audits those figures, and none of them predict whether your offer converts. Read them as marketing. Fund the smallest account that lets you run three real tests, and let your own numbers decide the rest.
