Written to be read. Three things: what the figures here are, what they are not, and what happens when one is wrong.

What a figure on this site is
Every number here was read off a page published by the company it describes, on the date printed beside it. The source link and that date are on the page. That is the whole claim: this is what they published, and this is when we looked.
Where a company publishes two different figures for the same thing, both are shown side by side and neither is marked as the correct one, because we do not know which is current. Where a company publishes nothing, the page says so rather than filling the gap.
What a figure on this site is not
- Not current by guarantee. Fees, payout minimums and thresholds change without notice and often without a changelog. A figure checked on a stated date can be wrong the next morning through no fault of anyone.
- Not financial, tax or legal advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to join a platform, spend money or make a financial decision. Tax thresholds mentioned in articles are quoted from public sources and are not advice about your situation.
- Not an endorsement. A company appearing on this site, with or without its logo, means only that we wrote about it.
- Not an earnings claim. This site does not tell you what you will earn. Where a platform advertises a rate, it is quoted as the platform’s claim, attributed to the platform.
When a figure is wrong
It will happen. When it does, tell us and it gets fixed and dated on the corrections page, which keeps the old value visible rather than quietly overwriting it. The record of having been wrong is part of the record.
The site is provided as it is. It carries no warranty that every figure is current, and liability for a decision made on the strength of a figure here sits with the person making the decision.
Money
Some outbound links may become affiliate links. Where that happens, it is disclosed on the page next to the link and set out in full on the affiliate disclosure. A commercial arrangement never changes a figure, never changes the order of a comparison, and never removes an unflattering line. If a company on this site is ever paying us, the page will say so at the point of the link, not only at the bottom of the site.
Using what is here
Quote a figure, cite the page, link back. That is normal and welcome. Republishing whole articles is not. The figures themselves belong to the companies that published them; the checking, the writing and the charts are ours.
Companies written about here
A company logo shown beside its name is the icon that company publishes for browser tabs, taken from its own site on a recorded date. It identifies them; it does not imply any relationship. If you represent a company here and want a figure corrected or an icon removed, use the corrections page and it will be handled.
