The payout minimum is 20 EUR/USD, and that's only on Paxum
ExoClick doesn't have one payout threshold. It has four, one per payment method, and the number that decides when you get paid is the one attached to whichever method sits in your Payment Settings. Bitcoin carries a fifth number inside the crypto tier.
Payout method
Threshold
Paxum
20 EUR/USD
BitPay
25 EUR/USD
Cryptocurrency, direct
50 EUR/USD
Cryptocurrency, BTC only
500 EUR/USD
Wire transfer
200 EUR/USD
The publisher FAQ puts the floor plainly: "You need to generate revenue of at least 20 EUR/USD to receive a payment." So 20 is the honest headline, as long as Paxum is in the same sentence. A publisher on wire transfer is waiting for ten times that.
Older numbers are still circulating and they're wrong. ExoClick's own March 2022 post about payment methods is still online, still says the crypto minimum is 20 EUR/USD, and still says wire transfer is monthly only. The current docs say crypto is 50, BTC is 500, and all four methods run weekly or monthly. Review blogs copy that 2022 post constantly.
When the money moves
Weekly is Net7. You're paid each Monday if the minimum was reached by the beginning of the previous week. For wire specifically, the docs say invoices are paid one week after they're generated.
The monthly option is Net20: the 20th of the following month, provided you hit the minimum by the last Sunday of the current month.
Payments go out by end of office hours, 6pm CET, on the due date. Land on a public holiday and it slides to the next working day. Change your payout frequency and the change applies from the next payment period, not the one you're in.
Two rules that quietly cost people money:
Earnings are only paid if they were generated in the current or previous calendar year. Anything older gets deducted from future payments.
The site has to be active and sending organic traffic.
Direct crypto deducts a network fee in the coin you picked, and the gap between networks isn't small. USDT on ERC20 costs 10. On TRC20 it's 2.5, on BEP20 it's 0.6. USDC on Polygon is 1, on ERC20 it's 7. BTC 0.0005, ETH 0.004, SOL 0.012. Choose the network before you choose the coin, because a 50 payout in USDT over ERC20 lands as 40.
BitPay carries its own conditions: a verified wallet, and an email in Payment Settings that matches the BitPay account. It's blocked outright in 20 countries. Brazil, Egypt, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Pakistan are on that list.
FIG 2
Network fee on a direct crypto payout, dollar pegged coins only
The fee comes off in the coin you picked, so a 50 payout in USDT over ERC20 lands as 40, while the BTC, ETH and SOL fees are quoted in their own coin and do not sit on this scale.
The revenue share. Not on the marketing site, not in the docs, not in the terms. Every "ExoClick pays publishers X%" figure on a review blog is unsourced. The only 5% in ExoClick's documentation is the referral commission: 5% of what each new approved publisher you refer generates, for as long as they stay active. Publishers referring publishers only, and ExoClick states it has no advertiser referral program.
No minimum traffic requirement is published either. No monthly visits number, no impressions floor for approval.
Approval still isn't automatic. New sites sit in Pending for manual compliance review, and the docs name eight rejection reasons. The one to know before you apply: free and shared hosting domains aren't accepted, with Blogspot named explicitly. The others are failure to be 18 U.S.C. 2257 compliant, not enough visible content, wrong category, malicious or illegal content, incentive ads, too many ad zones for the amount of content, and traffic quality too low.
Your ad code earns from day one regardless. The docs are explicit about it: "You do not need to wait for your site(s) to be verified." The cap is 2,500 active ad zones per account.
Adult inventory runs through Age Verification, which has three states rather than two: Verified, Not Verified (SFW), and Undefined at zone level when a publisher hasn't declared. That third state matters on both sides of the marketplace, and ExoClick's own doc calls the Verified-only targeting mismatch one of the most common reasons a campaign shows zero or very low traffic.
Individuals can sign up, no company required. The publisher FAQ asks whether you can work as an individual and answers with a flat yes. A publisher account starts on ExoClick's signup form, where you pick "Publisher - I want to sell traffic".
Advertisers: the login is admin.exoclick.com
ExoClick's terms call it the ExoClick Administration Panel, and it lives at admin.exoclick.com. It's an Angular single-page app, live and returning 200 on 6 September 2026.
Don't go to exoclick.com/login/. That path redirects to wp-login.php and returns 403, because it's the WordPress backend of the marketing site and has nothing to do with the ad platform. Plenty of "ExoClick login" pages point there anyway.
Browsers the panel supports: Chrome 80+, Firefox 75+, Opera 67+, Safari 13+, Edge 81+.
Funding, VAT, and refunds
Pre-payment only. The minimum is 200 EUR/USD, and unlike publisher payouts it doesn't move by method.
You can fund with a card (manually, or through Card Auto Recharge via Celeris, capped at 10,000), UnionPay if you're China-based, wire transfer, Paxum, or one of two crypto gateways. Those two gateways are not interchangeable. "Crypto Payment" has no country restrictions. "Pay with Crypto" excludes roughly 70 countries including the United States, and separately bars 12 US states. American advertisers need the first one.
Funds are instant on everything except wire. 21% VAT comes off the funded amount for EU individuals and companies without a valid VAT number, and it always applies in Spain.
Refunds, per the terms effective 5 March 2026: on a first deposit you get "six (6) months from the last payment date" to request the remaining balance back. From the second deposit onward, "a refund will only be issued for a balance greater than $20.00 and a processing fee of 10% will be deducted." Accounts terminated for violations get no refund. The terms use dollars literally in that clause while deposit and payout minimums are written as EUR/USD, so the distinction is theirs, not a typo here.
Campaign limits
Daily budget runs 20 to 20,000. Total budget runs 20 to 20,000,000, with minimum daily impressions of 1,000. Bid ceilings are 3 for CPC, 400 CPM on video, push and popunder, and 50 CPM on everything else. 50 variations per campaign, 2,500 non-archived campaigns per account.
There's no published minimum bid. ExoClick says the floor depends on ad format, country, category, device, and network type, and you read it inside the panel through View Minimum Prices. Anyone quoting a fixed ExoClick CPM floor is guessing.
Pricing models are CPC, CPM, CPV, Smart CPM, Smart CPC, and Smart Bid, with CPV limited to the four video formats. Creative weight caps: 300 KB for images, 150 KB for the 900x250 Large Footer, roughly 1.5 MB for video banners (the docs say 1536 KB in one place and 1500 KB in another), and 51,200 KB for video campaigns.

EXOCLICK, S.L., registered at C/ Marina 16-18, 08005 Barcelona, NIF B-64355506, Barcelona Commercial Registry Volume 39063, Page 160, Sheet B-336819. The terms are governed by Spanish law with sole jurisdiction in the Courts of the City of Barcelona, which is where a dispute over an unpaid balance would end up.
Founded 1 December 2006 by Benjamin Fonzé, per ExoClick's own tenth-anniversary post. The Legal Notice page carrying that Barcelona address was last modified 23 April 2024 according to its metadata, so treat the address as more than two years unrefreshed, though the March 2026 terms still name the same entity.
Company-reported scale, self-published and unaudited: over 20 billion geo-targeted ads a day, 65,000 publisher platforms, more than 20 ad formats, data refreshed every 60 seconds. The publishers page claims a 100% fill rate.
And one clause to read before building a business on the payouts. ExoClick "reserves the right to withhold payment on all Impressions and clicks" where publisher-side coding generates erroneous impressions, and states that its ad server "will be the official counter". Common enough across ad networks, and it means your analytics don't settle a discrepancy. Theirs do.
Both sides register through the same door: ExoClick.
