Ad Network Minimum Payout: 10 Networks and What They Actually Pay Out At

The floor is $5, and three networks sit on it

Adsterra pays out at $5 to Paxum or WebMoney. Monetag matches it on PayPal, Skrill and WebMoney, and PopAds does the same on PayPal. The ceiling in this set is the bank wire, which four of these networks won't send until $1,000 has piled up in the account. Every figure below was read off the network's own help page or publisher page on 6 September 2026, and each of those pages is listed in the sources block.

The "lowest minimum" column is the cheapest rail each network publishes, not an average. These networks price every payout method separately, so the threshold that applies to you is decided by the method you can actually use from where you live.

The bank is the expensive door

Wire is where the thresholds jump. Adsterra, Clickadu and MGID all want $1,000 before a bank transfer goes out, and TrafficStars wants $1,000 or 1,000 EUR. HilltopAds runs the cheapest bank rail in this table at $20, and ExoClick is next among the wire-only networks at 200 EUR/USD. Monetag, PopAds, RichAds and Kadam sit at $500, and Monetag adds a $50 bank fee to wire and online-banking transfers under $1,000.

Two of those $1,000 figures need a footnote. MGID's $1,000 covers ACH and international bank-to-bank, but its Tipalti rail opens at $100, and Tipalti is a bank transfer too. TrafficStars is the same shape: international wire is $1,000, SEPA is $100. So "the bank costs $1,000" is only half true at both networks, and the cheaper bank route is easy to miss because it's listed under a brand name rather than the word wire.

HilltopAds is the outlier. Its $20 covers all eight publisher withdrawal methods, wire included, which makes it the lowest flat minimum here even though six networks beat it on a specific rail.

$5 doesn't mean money on Monday

Hold periods do more damage to cashflow than thresholds do, and they're the numbers that rarely make it onto a landing page.

• Adsterra holds funds for 2 weeks after you cross the minimum. Payments then go out on the 1st to 2nd or the 16th to 17th, between 9am and 6pm GMT, sliding to the next business day on weekends and holidays.
• Clickadu applies a 7-day hold to new publishers and to social traffic, on top of its Net 7 Tuesday cycle.
• Monetag's weekly cycle isn't open to everyone. It's limited to Silver tier and above under the Priority programme, and bi-weekly is the default.
• MGID runs Net 30. The payout request forms on the 1st, and missing the threshold on that date means waiting for the 1st of the next month.
• PopAds has no payday at all. Requests are processed daily, on demand, which is the fastest cadence in this table by a wide margin.

ExoClick has a smaller trap in the same family: switching between weekly and monthly applies from the next period, not the current one. And Kadam's Wednesday 15:00 UTC cut-off means a request filed Wednesday evening waits a full week.

Check the date stamp before you trust the number

This is where the promise of a table like this gets tested. TrafficStars' payment article is stamped "Last Updated 14 December 2023", roughly 33 months old at the time of writing, so treat every TrafficStars figure above as published rather than confirmed-current, and check it with your account manager before you plan around it.

PopAds has a different kind of staleness. Its FAQ still names AlertPay as a payout method, and that brand hasn't operated under that name for years. The $5 and $500 thresholds are what the live FAQ says today, but the method list is behind, and we couldn't confirm what replaced AlertPay, so we're not guessing.

The fresher end: Adsterra's help article reads "Updated over 2 weeks ago", Kadam's wiki page was last modified 30 December 2025, ExoClick's docs page says "Last updated 2 months ago".

The official numbers argue with each other in two more places. MGID's threshold page and its payout-methods page describe the Tipalti fee differently, one as a flat charge and the other as a tiered schedule waived above a certain amount, so price that rail before you pick it. And an older Clickadu blog post advertising a lower PayPal minimum is still indexed and still ranks; the help-centre figure in the table is the live one.

Three networks we left out

PropellerAds has no publisher payout row here on purpose. Its monetization arm for publishers is Monetag now, and propellerads.com's own help centre documents advertiser deposit methods only. That page is stamped July 2026, so it isn't an abandoned corner of the site; the split looks deliberate. Secondary blogs circulate a specific rebrand date and we couldn't find an official announcement for it, so we're not printing one. Publisher terms live at Monetag's help centre.

EZmob publishes two different minimum withdrawal amounts on two of its own live pages, with two different payment timelines to match. Neither page is a stale mirror of the other. Until they agree, putting one of those figures in a table would mean picking a side, so ask EZmob support in writing which applies to your account.

AdCombo is a CPA affiliate network rather than an ad network, so its payout terms belong to a different comparison.

Which rail to pick

If cashflow matters more than the last percent of CPM, the payout rail decides more than the rate does. A $5 Paxum threshold with a 2-week hold puts money in your hands later than a $20 threshold with a Tuesday payday. Run the arithmetic on your own volume before you chase the lowest number in the table.

Country restrictions bite harder than most publishers expect, and they land on exactly the cheap rails everyone wants. Clickadu bars WebMoney for publishers in a long list that includes the USA and Vietnam, and bars wire in Turkey, the UAE, Vietnam and the Philippines. Adsterra doesn't offer Tether or Bitcoin in the EU and EEA. USDC and WebMoney WMT are country-restricted, and both wire and local bank transfer need KYC. Kadam routes PayPal and wire through a manager rather than the dashboard. Check the list before you build a plan around a method you can't open.

Anyway, none of these numbers are permanent. Fees move faster than minimums, so the percentage charges and crypto network fees on these pages are the first things to go out of date. Each source below carries the date we last opened it. If your dashboard disagrees with what's here, the network's own page is the authority, and we'd rather re-check it than leave a wrong number up.
